I was having heart palpitations every night for weeks. Started taking this magnesium and the palpitations immediately stopped. It also helps me sleep through the night and has helped my roommate get ride of her headaches. Good stuff with zero side effects!

Mixes up much better with boiling water, just be careful, and pour in slowly. Tastes, and smells like strawberry jello. Still not feeling anymore serene yet, but still hopeful.

Bought this as a mag. supplement for my son. It works, but he doesn't like the flavor much, so mix it with juice and he gets it down. I like that it doesn't have a ton of additives and excess sugar.
