1粒が大きくて飲みにくい

Purchased at iHerb

これのカプセルタイプで筋肉のこわばりにまあまあの効果があったので、コストを抑えたタブレットタイプもお試し。しかし1粒がでかくてとにかく飲みにくい。そしてなぜかカプセルと同量で摂取してもあまり効き目を感じずでした。ちょっと高めでも添加物も少なく飲みやすいカプセルのほうがいいみたいです。
