大きくて慣れるまでは少し呑みにくかったですが、ツルッとしているタブレットなのでコツをつかめば楽に呑めます。　深酒をした翌日でもこれを飲み始める前に比べて二日酔いをしなくなりました。この効果かどうかわかりませんが眼の白目もきれいになりました。酒もタバコもやるのでこれは手放せません。
