Pre-workout wonder

I use Duracarb every morning before I work out. Even with hour long workouts, I have a full energy level (1 1/2 scoops in 1 cup Almond Milk). I'm not full feeling, or hungry during the workout - at all!

When I do wait training I take this. I got great change. Now I may put all my enagy on the last lep in the last set.

Can't say much about the energy factor but I know my body needs the right carbs in the gym so I'll be with this producd for awhile.
