この製品が油脂を内包したjel capsuleタイプではなく、油脂を含まないtabletである事が、これを私が選んだ理由です。私は生まれつき胆嚢に異常があり、油脂を含むサプリを摂ると具合が悪くなるからです。このタブレットを朝夕１粒づつ摂っています。頭がすっきりしますね。脳の働きが活性化し、細かい点に気付きつつも大枠から事柄を把握しての対処がし易くなったと感じています。目が疲れないのも良いですね。
