Green power

I don't eat enough fresh veggies & fruit everyday that's why I'm using earth source. I only take 1 tablet a day (suggested is 3). After swallowing a green pill I feel it is working in my body. I alternate between earth source and omnium every other day. Great products from a reliable company.

The recommended dosage is 3 a day, but for those on a budget 1 a day will probably do. I believe it is one of the B vitamins that causes your urine to become extra yellow. These tablets are large.
