日本のよくあるコンソメと違いちょっとクセがあります。バター風味のような、カレー風味のような。どちらかというと好みではないので、なるべくうすーく使うようにしています。

これは常備してます。塩入りは、塩がきつく感じるので、塩なしで、自分で味付けした方が好きです。冷蔵庫の残り物野菜のスープの時など、日本で普通に売ってるMブイヨンやコンソメよりもおいしく出来ると思います。

ノンケミ、ヴィーガン用のブイヨンは日本ではなかなか入手できないので助かります。今回、ソルトなしにしましたが、味の調整ができるので、よかったです。まとめ買い＆リピです。
