I have a problem absorbing nutrients. Was not absorbing previous calcium. This was recommended to me and I am thrilled with the absorbtion rate. I am seeing great results in my nails especially. Does not upset stomach.

I have Osteoporosis in the family, so it's important for me to take this. I'm so so glad they are in Veggie caps, I refuse to take anything made with Gelatin capsules, yuk !!! Gelatine is grounds up Ox Hooves !!!!

This Calcium is working great for me! I can say because the tips of my teeth were looking almost transparent. I read that this condition can be caused by lack of Calcium, so I bouth this product, and since the third week of taking it, my teeth are looking completely white and healthy.
