いろいろ回って調べましたが、このサイトが一番お安かったです。今は円高ですし。効果は、普通にカフェインの効果です。ただ利尿作用が強いので、注意が必要です。

眠気には勝てず

主人が晩ご飯に炭水化物を食べた後もの凄い睡魔に襲われるので少しは緩和されるかと思い食後に飲んで貰いました。が、全く睡魔を抑える事は出来ませんでした。普段からコーヒーを良く飲んでいるのでカフェイン耐性があるのかもしれません。結局晩ご飯の糖質を制限する事で、激しい睡魔から離脱出来ましたが。
