I have found that liver detoxification takes time and patience; this chlorella product and Triple Leaf's Detox tea was what finally kicked it into high gear for me. Grateful, happy me!

I do notice an increase in energy, when I take these. My CFS is better although I am taking other supplements, could be the combination.
