This is my first trial of pomegranate. I began taking as I read: Pomegranate may be helpful in maintaining healthy cholesterol and triglyceride levels, and a recent study indicates pomegranate has compounds that play a role in osteoarthritis health which I have all three. No side effects so far.

This is a great product, helps to clean out your arteries & has no added chemical ingredients! I had clogged carotid arteries in my neck & this is helping. Wouldn't be without it!
