とっても「しょうが」！甘めですが、微かな塩味でしっかりとした味シナモンの香りがすごく後を引く。ガリっという米粉とタピオカの硬い食感。ジッパーの袋入りがとても便利。iHarbでクッキーと言ったら絶対これ。リピしてます)^o^(

とてもスパイシーなクッキーです。噛むとジュワッと油が染み出すような感じも大好きです。ガリガリした歯ごたえと、香りと、油の感じと（笑）、どれもいいバランスです。

クッキーを空輸したら、われてしまうのではないかと心配でしたが、米粉が材料に使われているためか、しっかりしたクッキーなので１枚も割れていませんでした。甘すぎず辛すぎずです。（私は辛党です）食べごたえがあるので、数日間に分けてたべました。満足！このメーカーの別の商品にも興味がわきました。
