Really like this liquid selenium supplement. Tasteless and this type is supposed to be the most effective. Supposed to be good for eczema too.

Unfortunately I found out that this type of selenium is not absorbed well if one takes vitamin c. I take a lot of vit C, so I will be looking for a different source of selenium. Probably a good product if you don't take a lot of vit C.
