ビタミンＤは、ガン、心疾患、糖尿病、骨粗鬆症の予防、インフルエンザなどの伝染病、アレルギーなどの自己免疫疾患に対して有効と言われています。 2,000IU は厚生労働省日本人の食事摂取基準の上限(50μg＝2000IU)なので、摂りすぎが心配な人にもちょうどいいと思います。
