錠剤のように喉につかえることもありませんし、飲みたいときに水に溶かしてすぐ飲めます。お風呂に入れたら美肌になるか、開封して時間がたったころに試してみようと思います。

これだけだと相当すっぱいのですが、熟したバナナやキウィと一緒にジューサーに入れて飲むとちょうどよいです。また暑い日にはペットボトルにビタミンCと塩をひとつまみ入れて持ち歩くと熱中症対策にも安心です。
