ヨーグルトやアロマオイル（フランキンセンス、パルマローサ）をまぜて、乾燥防止のためにローズヒップオイルも入れてます。 お風呂でパックしてますが、上がった後だんなに「肌がツヤツヤしてる」といわれました。くすみがとれる気がします。

コスパがいい、ローズウォーターとホホバオイルと混ぜてパックにするとツルツルです。タオルに落として石鹸で泡立て身体を洗うのにも使えます。

入浴時に、ぬるま湯で溶かし 足にのばして10分ほど放置。 冬時期は 入浴後、足が乾燥して痒みが出てくることがあるのですが コレを使うと、そのようなこともなく しっとりしていたので 今度は、顔に使ってみようと思います。
