I'm taking this for joints and bowel care. It's a bit early to tell but it tastes fine and is easy to mix with water.

Not so great for drinking

As a thickener this is great. However, other than baking I struggled to find uses for this gelatin. The instructions on the packet say to mix 1 tablespoon with cold juice and drink immediately but I found it very quickly starts to gelatinise and the texture put me off (reminded me of the wallpaper type paste kids are given to use at school). Prefer the Now Foods Beef Gelatin capsules instead - they are easier to take (and very portable).
