ブログでお勧めされてるので購入しました。１瓶飲みましたが、効果は良く分からず。小さい粒で飲みやすいです。ほんのりエビせんのような香りがしますが、気になるほどではないです。ちょっと高いので、オメガ３は次からは他の物にします。
