もともと色黒でニキビが出る体質です。あるサプリの本にシステインは効き目があると書いてあったので6カ月ほど飲んでいます。ビタミンB6も入っているので。色白には成りませんが日焼けにくくなったかもしれません。

日本から。成分の含有量などは申し分ないですが、とにかくタブレットが大きいです！　大きな錠剤を飲むのが苦手な方は、ピルカッターが必要だと思います。

タブレットがでかすぎで喉につまります・・・噛んで飲むにも硬いし・・効果はまだわかりません。もう少し飲み易いといいです。
