有酸素運動の前に飲むと、疲れにくくなると思います。日本で買うアミノ酸ドリンクは効果なので、これからはこっちをリピートします。

L-カルニチンサプリは比較的効果ですが，この製品（酒石酸）とDoctors Best のフマル酸カルニチンは比較的コストパフォーマンスの良い製品であると思います．酒石酸とフマル酸だと単位重量あたりのカルニチン含有量は酒石酸の方が少しだけ多いのですが，私の場合は両者を交互に摂取しています．
