個人差があることと重度の糖尿病患者に効果があるか解りませんが食後200mg/dl近くまで血糖値が上昇する私の場合服用後50mg/dlほど下がります副作用がないようですしなかなか良いのではないでしょうか

半信半疑でしたが、飲んで1週間で効果を感じました。毎食後に必ずデザート、間食にお菓子をたくさん食べる生活でしたが、今は1日にお菓子かフルーツ1個で充分です。思い込みかもしれませんが、効果があるので続けたいと思います。
