生理痛がなかったです。Excellent！

毎月ものすごい生理痛に悩まされていましたが、飲んで1ヶ月目の生理痛はなかったです♪ アマニ油（FLAX　OIL）と迷いましたが、飲みやすいジェルカプセルでしたのでこちらにしました！もう少し上位のものがあったのですが、品切れでこちらにしました。リピート確定品ですね＾＾

アンドルー・ワイル博士の本を参考に、アトピー対策に飲み始めました。効果が出るのに2，3カ月かかるというので様子を見たいと思います。
