風邪対策で有名なエキナセアです。身体の免疫力を上げ、風邪に対抗出来るようになります。ビタミンCと一緒に摂取します。風邪をひく前でもひいてしまってからでも効果があるように感じます。2週間以上の連用は避けるのが良いみたい。
