２週間くらいで便秘することはなくなりました。たまたまだったのでしょうか。ビタミンもミネラルも十分に含んでいる製品なのでいいと思います。タブレットは飲みづらいですが、折って飲んで問題ありません。

以前まで飲んでいたCountry LifeのMAXより成分量が1/10から1/2程少ないですね。サプリメントの吸収率を考えるとスポーツで代謝が多い自分としては少し不安なので、これが飲み終わったら以前のものに戻そうと思います。普段、体を良く動かす仕事やスポーツをしていないならば、これで十分でむしろ魅力的なCPだと思います。
