量がたくさん入っていて、一日一粒で良いので、コスパがすごく良いです。 ローズヒップとバイオフラボノイド（ビタミンP）も入っているので、うれしいです。 喫煙者や女性、ビタミンCの補給におすすめです。

1日６錠を３回に分けて食後に飲んでいます。食後に飲むとタイムリリース効果があるとか。すぐに尿になって流れてしまいますが、流れていくときに尿管もきれいになると聞きました。

250タブレットも入ってコストパフォーマンスはよいですが、 効き目の点から言うとタイムリリース型のほうがよいです。
