ビオチン (biotin)は、別称としてビタミンB7(Vitamin B7)、ビタミンH、補酵素Rと呼ばれることもあり、皮膚と非常に関係の深いビタミンと言える。 コラーゲンやセラミド（細胞間脂質）などの生合成を高める働きもあるようだ。 ビタミンCはビオチンの吸収を助けるため、ビオチンを内服するときには、ビタミンCを一緒に内服するのが効力的のようだ。 私は、ビオチン (biotin)の摂取をして、皮膚の状態が良好です。

美容師をやっているのですが、鼻が詰まるとどうにも仕事になりません。 BIOTINが効くことは知っていましたが、NOW社のBIOTINが一番よく効くと思います。 まわし者ではありませんよ。

他のサイトで美容に良いと言うので期待しましたが全然効果がわかりませんでした。当初の目的は美容以外でしたがそちらも効果がわからないままですが、飲みきるまで続けています。他のブランドでも以前飲んでいましたがやはり効果はわからずです。

もともと便秘ぎみだったのですが飲んで２日めから毎日トイレに行くようになり時にはお腹が痛くなって下痢になることも。サプリはこれだけしか飲んでいないし食生活を変えたわけではないのでこれしか考えられません。これって体に良いのか体が受付けないのかどちらかわかりません。大きいカプセルで飲みづらいですがもう少し続けてみます。日本で定められている一日の容量を大幅に超えているのだけど大丈夫なのか不安です･･･。
