カプセルが大きく飲みにくいので、割ってパウダーをアイスクリームやスムージーの中にいれてます。

放射性物質の排出効果に期待して外食の時などに飲むようにしています。水分をたくさん摂らないと便秘気味になるかも知れません。

予想はしていましたが結構な大きさでした。放射性物質の排出に効果があるとのことで購入しました。過剰に摂取すると体に必要な栄養分も排出してしまうと言う話も聞くので、バランスの良い食事を心掛けて程々に使用します。
