さわやかなレモン味で飲みやすい

粒は大きめですが、オイル特有の臭みはレモンの香りで全く気になりません。まだ飲み始めたばかりなので効果はわかりませんが、信頼している書籍に紹介されていたこともあり、飲み続けてみようと思っています。

錠剤が大きい

一粒が大きくて飲みにくいです。そのぶん何粒も飲まなくてよいのですが・・・味はレモン味で好きです。

初めて海外のサプリメントを購入しましたが、1粒が大きくて驚きました。脂質系のサプリメントは初めてでしたが、肌の調子もよくて満足しています。また購入すると思います。
