体にいいということで購入した初マヌカハニーです。初なのでお試しの5+。ものすごいクセがあるものと思い込んでいたせいか、クセは気になりませんでした。1日に数回ティースプーン1杯を舐めています。次は10+にチャレンジしたいです。

真冬に届いたためか固めのテクスチャー。毎朝と寝る前に木のスプーンでひと匙ずつすくって舐めています。この冬インフルエンザにかからなかったのも。マヌカのおかげかも。
