コレを毎朝、小さじ１/5を紅茶に入れて飲んでいたら、白髪の根元が黒髪になりました！！マカパワー凄いです！！亜鉛は活性酸素を除く酵素SODをつくるからなんでしょうね！！

アルゼンチンの友人が、マカは毎日摂る食材で、赤ちゃんの離乳食、老人には滋養強壮、女性も更年期がないそうです。日本で初めて更年期障害を知ったそうです。アラフィフなのでどうなるか実験中です。笑
