香ばしい匂いがします。溶かすよりこのままシリアルなどにふりかけて食べるほうが好きです。

我が家の砂糖になりました

家にコレステロールの数値を気にしないといけない人がいるので使い始めました。黒砂糖に風味が近いかと思うので少しくせはありますがお料理に影響する程の事はないです。粒は大きめです
