カカオドリンクを作ったり、チョコレートを作ったり、大活躍です。この夏は、冷凍したバナナとカカオパウダーをフードプロセッサーで混ぜたアイスにはまりました。

アイハーブのココアは日本のものに比べて酸味があるものが多い気がします。これとお砂糖と温めたミルクではいわゆるホットチョコレートみたいにはなりません。ローのカカオですが、私は加熱して酸味を飛ばしていただいています。そのほうがおいしいから。

ローチョコ作りに初挑戦しました。とても濃くて美味しいチョコになりました！アガベネクターと混ぜてそのままナッツと混ぜて食べるのも美味しいです！リピ確実！
