PGX is a wonderful product. It works. This drink mix, though, tastes somewhat watery. I added little coffee and cinnamon to give it a more intense flavor, but you could also just add a little extra powder. It works as claimed to supply protein and control hunger. iHerb's prices are among the best for this product, and shipping was fast.

liked it. it's good for smoothie but i think it's too sweet.. i just put it half spoon for my drink

I still feel hungry after taking it.

I thought it can last me a few hours before the next meal but it doesn't seem to work that way. I feel hungry easily too after taking it. So it doesn't work for me.
