低血糖症で血糖値が急激に県り下がったりすることで、肉低的にも精神的にも疲労困憊していました。ダイエット用ではなく、食後しばらくしてから血糖値を安定させるために飲んでいます。食事療法以上に効果があり、手放せないものになりました。
