仕事で一日中パソコンを使っています。疲れると、目が痛くなり涙が出てくるようになったので心配になりこちらのサプリを購入してみました。サプリメントなので、すぐに効果が出るものではないですが効いているような気もします。カプセルが小さくて飲みやすいのがいいです。

ルテインのサプリの中では安い方です。選んで損はないと思います。が、ルテインよりもベリー系の方が自分は良く効くのでそちらを試してみようかと思っています。

仕事柄、１日１２時間位ｐｃのディスプレイとにらめっこしているので購入。疲れ目が楽になったような気がします。
