朝食はジュースのみなので、昼と夜の食前に一粒飲んでいます。時によってすぐお腹いっぱいになるのですが、普通に食べちゃうことも多いです。過食気味だとより効果を実感しやすいのかもしれません。二つ買ったので、なくなるまで続けます。
