ジョギングの前にカルニチンと一緒に飲んでいます。体が温まるのが早くなるような気がします。はっきりとした効果はわかりませんが、すでに3箱目。

座薬並の大きさだけど柔らかいので飲みやすくて良かったです。個人的にヨガやってるのもあり、効果はあまり感じられませんでした。でも、まだ続けてみます。
