My psoriasis is starting to get better since I started taking flaxseed oil together with other supplements. Aside from the pill being rather big and may be hard to swallow, I think this is a great product.

I have used other flax seed oil but this one seems to be most effective. Flax seed oil is used to help with heart disease and strengthening the immune systems. It is also great for increasing brain functions.
