いつも1000mgの錠剤を飲んでいたのですが、ビタミンCって胃にくる時があるんですよね。吸収率が良くないと聞いたし。こちらなら、しっかり吸収、胃もムカムカしない。飲みにくいですが、少量のジュース類に投入したら、混ぜずに丸呑みがコツです。

ビタミンCはすっぱいと想像すると思いますが、これは違います。表現しようのない味。個人的にはまずいにつきます。オレンジ色のゼリー状の食べ物。味をごまかすためオレンジジュースと一緒に飲み込んでいます。

水やジュースに混ぜて飲みますが、どうしても美味しくないし。やはり美味しくないと続けられませんね。

なので、これだけ飲むのは無理！もっとおいしければ、これだけで飲めるし、そうしたら外でも手軽に補給できるのに。最近は飲む機会が減ってます。期限が切れるまでに飲みつくさねば。
