Good. The first time I took it I got all confused and my thinking was weird, but after it helped with anxiety.

I bought it especially for social anxiety but found it useless in this department. It's supposedly either more of a stimulant or sedating depending on the dose, but I didn't notice anything different up to 3 caps at once. I tried a different brand in the past with the same results. Giving this 2 stars because of the clinical studies behind it.

I do feel this has been helping me cope with stressful situations better. I have recently gone through a difficult time which I feel I have dealt with better than what I normally would. I have been told this normally takes a couple of months (2 lots) for the full benefits to be seen.

I was told this plant strengthens stress hormones; translated it means "strength of a horse." I was a little skeptical, but having experienced a major life transition and associated depression/anxiety, the stress I was under made me willing to try anything. I've always been sensitive with stressful situations, and I have to say I am coping much better than I was before taking this. I should note I've found this brand superior to other brands (brands also sold on this site!). Truth be told despite my current stress I feel like I'm standing taller and ready to tackle anything. Really not sure if it's placebo or something else, but I'm ordering 2 more bottles...
