便通が常に悪くて苦しんでいたのですが、これを飲んだら、すごく快便！！ってわけでもないけれど、少なくとも便が固まることはなくなりました。いきみながら、苦しんでたまったものを出すことはなくなり、常によい色のものが出るので、かなり助かっています。日本の乳酸菌の錠剤もたくさん試してきましたが、これ程は効かなかったかと思います。また買います！！

カプセルが別々にわかれていて、持ち歩きにも便利夜寝る前に飲むといい感じです。続けていたら効果がでた気がします（他にもいろいろ使っているのでこれだけの効果ではないですが）
