コレステロール対策の一つとして飲み始めました。まだ効果のほどはわかりませんが。高濃度で、安全な生産管理体制のようで、水銀検査もクリアしているので、信頼できるのではと思っています。続けてみて、様子を見たいと思います。

カプセルが大きいですが、なんとか大丈夫です。 一度喉の途中につっかえたまま、しばらく気づかずにいたら カプセルが割れてものすごい味がして、むせて大変でした。 たっぷりの水と一緒に飲むことをお勧めします。
