噂のケイシー療法のひまし湿布をしてみました。なかなか次の日にはいい感じです。かなり粘りけの強いオイルです。エドガーケイシーの療法を参考にしてください。

マッサージ、クリーム作りに

シアバターをべースに、ホホバ油、マカダミアナッツ油と、このヒマシ油を混ぜ合わせてスキンケアクリームに。他、髪を洗う前にこのオイルで地肌をマッサージして、しばらく置いてからシャンプーしています。ロゴナのシャンプーが、少量でよく泡立つので、洗い易く感じるし、汚れ落ちも良いようでさっぱりします。お気に入り。

もう少し小さいサイズでよかったかも。

ひましゆの品質はとてもよいと思います。ひましゆ湿布をしていないので、もう少し小さいサイズを買ったほうが良かったと思っています。
