it doesn't help that my hair is dark brown in color but the color didn't do anything to my hair but make it dry and stinky.

My favorite shade/brand

Herbatint is way less smelly then any other brand of Natural hairdye. The FF2 color fades to a nice vivid natural looking hew. I've tried other brands of Red and they get dingy looking in no time. It doesn't strip my hair and it remains shinny for weeks. I have light brown fine hair.
