中身はカネカのものと同じようですが、粒が５０ｍｇなのにカネカの１００ｍｇよりかなり大きい事と、気のせいかもしれませんが、効き目も少し違うような気がします。でも、カネカのものよりかなり安価なので今後もこのメーカのものを買います。でも、この１００ｍｇ／１５０Softgelsのものを買うつもりです。こちらの方が安価でした。

高齢になれば心臓の負担も減らしたい。 歳をとりたくない。 元気でいたい。 パワーがほしい。 長生きしたい。 こんな理由で飲んでます。 ただし、胃に負担がかかるので食後に飲んでます。 油ものとの相性良いです。

寝る前に1錠飲んでます。効果としては、ビビッドな体感こそありませんが、飲まないときよりは確実に体調がいいです。
