一日一粒飲んでます。まだ飲み始めたばかりなので、効果のほどはわかりません。カプセルがのどに詰まる感じがある。

快適なお通じ

PB8、Gr8、EPSと試してきた中では一番自分にあっているようで、夜飲むと翌朝必ずスムーズなお通じがあります。 Enteric Coated仕様の方が良いと思い込んでいたのですが、自分の場合はGr8やEPSだと翌朝の快適なお通じには時間が足りないようです。
