Using it instead of butter, on the bread, putting in soup....etc. So useful. This also makes great choco butter. It's so tasty even without sweetener when mixed with cacao powder. I am hooked!　おいしいです、、、。バターの代わりに料理につかったり、パンの上に塗ったり、チョコパウダー入れてチョコペーストにしたり、、、。思わず自分の間で流行してしまいました。

バターの代わりに使用しています。（固形状になっているので、容器のまま湯せんして溶かしてから）シフォンもマドレーヌも、さらりとした食感で美味しくできます。

調理に亦健康維持に、毒は毒を持って制す、の諺が有りますが、此のオイルで体内の脂肪を排泄してくれています。
