Tasted just as great as regular cup-cakes but also with all the sugar to boot!

Purchased at iHerb

ECJ is just another name for regular sugar and there's 182g of it in this mix! But if you aren't looking for something that's particularly healthy and need a good substitute for a wheat-based cake mix, this is great! I managed to make it do 24 little cupcakes and they were a hit with the kids. I guessed the butter as I have no idea what a stick of butter is, and used half virgin coconut oil to make them a little healthier. They rose beautifully and were light and fluffy.
