カレーやスープに入れたりして使っています。パウダーなので保存するのにとても便利でいろいろなものに使えます。 トマトジュースなど水に溶かしてみたことはないのですが、温かいスープの中に入れてもダマにならずすぐ溶けるので使いやすいです。

野菜を煮込んでスープを作る時に利用しています。ダマにならず、すぐ溶けてとても美味しいです。大容量で安いのが嬉しいです。

パウダーだしあまり期待してなかったのですが意外に美味しいです。 スープが好きでよく作るのでトマトパウダーがあると重宝します。 小分けして残りは冷凍保存してます。 これはリピ決定です。

トマトの粉末って珍しいですが、 水で溶かすと本当のトマトピューレのようになります。 パスタソース、ケチャップ、スープなど とっても重宝な商品です。
