Purchased at iHerb

見た目が和三盆のように細かくてまさにパウダー状です。試しにヨーグルトの上にそのままかけてみましたが、口の中で瞬時に溶けてメープルシロップの風味が広がって、シロップよりもおいしいと家族にも大好評でした。お菓子やパン作りに使おうと購入したのですが、その他にもいろんな使い道がありそうです。日持ちがする点もとてもいいと思います。
